For a successful stay

Welcome to the holiday home Sandviksudden 5, Dals Långed

We hope you have a nice stay with us.First of all, we would like to give you a few tips on how to get there, about the house and the surrounding area.
Getting there:
You can drive from Denmark by car via Denmark the "bridge route" E45 and E20 to Malmö and then the E6 to Uddevalla. From there continue on the 172 to Dals Långed. From Hamburg it is about 10 hours. 22 minutes / 936 km.
From Hamburg take the E47 to Fehmarn / Puttgarden. From there by ferry to Denmark / Rödby, continue on the E47 and E20 to Malmö. Until Uddevalla the E6, then continue on the 172 to Dals Långed. From Hamburg it is about 9h. 45 minutes / 802 km. This route is one of our favorites, as you still have a break of about 45 minutes on the ferry. However, it can also come to sea.
From Kiel you can take the ferry to Gothenburg in about 14.5 hours drive. From Gothenburg it is then still about 2 hours by car.
-The ferry Kiel Oslo / Norway is about 20 hours on the way. From Oslo it is about 2.5 hours by car.
Entry to Denmark and Sweden requires a valid ID card or better still passport. Since the refugee crisis, the borders are heavily controlled.
A credit card is required for Sweden. At many petrol stations there are only petrol stations without staff.
The Gothenburg motorway costs tolls. This amounted to 0.89 € as of 02/2018 and is automatically determined by the license plate number.
The ferry and the bridges can be paid locally. If you travel to Sweden more often a year, it's worth registering with BroBizz. With the BroBizz transmitter, you do not have to queue up, for example, in Puttgarden or the Öresund Bridge. A charge of the costs will be made automatically.
To the house:
It is 60m² large and stands on a 436m² natural plot. It is about 60m from the lake Laxsjön / Dalslandkanal.
It has two bedrooms with two beds each, a bathroom and a living and cooking area.
Equipment:
shower
WC
Washing machine

Fridge / freezer
TV (antenna = Swedish programs, SAT = German / international programs)
